Windows 11 22H2 Update

Hi,

My laptop is Dell Vostro 15 3000 series. Now my laptop windows version is windows 11 21H2.

According to Windows 11 release information, Windows 11 22H2 general Availability Channel release date is 2022-09-20 (YYYY-MM-DD).

Why does my laptop not receive update windows 11 22H2 version?

Thank for your answer.................

Yes, sorry... I saw "Vostro 15 3000 series" in the body and missed "Vostro 15 3510" on the illiustration. So 22H2 is definitely supported... but whether or not it's offered in Windows Update, you can upgrade via the Installation Assistant or installation media. No need to wait.

From your description we can't really tell whether your system meets the requirements for Windows 11; models with 8th-gen and newer processors most likely do. If your laptop meets the requirements, 22H2 should now be available. Even if it's not visible in Windows Update, you can manually upgrade by downloading and running the Installation Assistant or installation media. If the Win 11 requirements aren't met, however, the upgrade won't proceed, and you're limited to (re-)installing 22H2 from installation media.

The 3510 is verified compatible with Windows 11 and the 3510 support page does show available Windows 11 drivers confirming it is. Go to settings and Windows update and click on check for updates. The 22H2 should be available. You may have to look at optional updates but it should be available.

While you are doing the other things, can you check and make sure your normal Windows updates have been working.  If you use the winver command in a run box, it will show your version number.  From that, we can tell if you are up to date.
