Can i fit a nvidia geforce gtx 1650 in my dell optiplex 7020? I am trying to upgrade it a little bit

it is good match with intel 4th gen cpu in 7020

latest fad is RTX 4060 much newer than 1650

yes.  7020 MT works w 1650 full height card.  7020 SFF require low profile short bracket card and card has to be installed in PCIex4 slot to fit

Redxps answers are assuming you have the previous older 7020 and not the new one.  If you have a new one, and it's the SFF with 180w PSU, then PSU would need upgrading to the 300w one.

no you do not have to have 300w psu for 1650.  the stock 255w psu for 7020sff is sufficient despite the x16 slot being spec'd for 50w only.
