Microsoft Office 365 Missing from New Laptop
Right after I purchased my laptop I got an emailing stating the MS Office 365 would be available for download in My Locker. Now my laptop is here, and when I access My Locker the only available download is Adobe Acrobat.
ALSO: McAfee was meant to be included in my purchase and was NOT loaded on the laptop. Help is required.

Once this is done you may use the MPI card, get the product key that was sent with the computer and enter it when the above download asks for it.
For McAfee issue do send me the system service tag via private message. I will check and see what can be done.
