XPS 8950, how can I connect two monitors?
Wie kann man zwei Monitore an einen Desktop XPS 8950 anschließen? Die Grafikkarte lässt nur einen Ausgang zu, entweder den oder den, aber nicht beides. Auch eine Kombi mit der Hauptplatine funktioniert nicht.

How can I connect two monitors to a desktop XPS 8950? The graphics card only allows one output, either that one or that one, but not both. A combination with the motherboard does not work either.

During post, video goes to only one monitor (primary display). That is normal. The second monitor is blank. After it boots successfully into Windows both monitor connected to graphics card should have video. Check display settings for multiple monitors. Your graphics card is supposed to have video on all video ports simultaneously. If you can get video from either video port of card with single monitor, does it mean you hot connect a second monitor and get no video there? Try not to hot connect. Connect both monitors then power on pc. Which video port has video? What is gpu model ?
