Computer malfunctioning from day 1

My computer has had problems with windows loading properly from day one.   I have had the computer a few months. I would like to return it for a new one. I was told that you can only return within the first 30 days.  I stated  I was not told that.  I asked to hear the recording that they say they make when they talk with you and no one will help me with hearing the recording.

The return period is 30 days from shipment.  Whether or not you were "told" that, it's in the terms of sale you agreed to with your purchase.

Contact Dell for warranty service.  If the system then works and you're that unhappy, you can sell it for what you can get for it and purchase whatever makes you happy.  Just note that 30 days is longer than most others give you to return a system.
