vxrail/vrrp with VMK and PEQ/JSON

Any help on this topic (pointers, links, best practice docs, etc.) would be appreciated...

We will be deploying a new VxRail that has 4.7.300 installed with 4x10G and running on 5xP570 with 2xS4128 for TOR (NOT in vxrail personality).

I see example setups for the switch side, and some are setup with VRRP between these 2 switches.

However, I see that the docs are not all in agreement

- SolVe
shows ESXiMGT with VRRP (NOT vMotion or vSAN)

- VxRail Networking Guide with Dell EMC S4148-ON Switches
shows vSAN with VRRP (NOT ESXiMGT or vMotion)

- Dell EMC Networking - Deploying VMware vSAN with OS10 Enterprise Edition
shows all (3) ESXiMGT, vSAN, vMotion with VRRP

What are situations that VRRP would be used between the (2) TOR switches?

     i.e. Stretched cluster (local site/different building) or stretched cluster (remote site)?

I also see that the JSON from the PEQ does not reference any gateway for the vSAN and vMotion

If we are using VRRP, why is that not in the PEQ JSON since that is used to build the VxRail environment?  (see example screen shot below)

Is that vSAN and/or vMotion g/w setup done post-vxrail deployment by going in after and changing gateway settings on the vmkXX for vMotion and vSAN?
