VxRail manager not discovering ESxi nodes

Hi.

This is my first post.

So the problem is about my Quantaplex T41S-2U.

I can't reach the nodes except I set the VLANs on each node to 0. 

And whenever I start the VxRail manager to begin initial configuration, it freezes at the node discovery section.

I have checked the switch. The configuration is fine. Please I need recommendations. I had to reimage this appliance and it's the same.

I have been on this even before the pandemic.
