Issue with SSH during VXRail 4.5 upgrade

Hi everybody,

I'm facing an issue to upgrade VXRail 4.5 to the latest 4.5 version. I have tried even to upgrade version by version without using the composite update. The upgrade start and, at a certain point, it says it was unable to enable the SSH on VMWare vCenter Server Appliance. I have checked and before the upgrade starts the ssh was up and running, it seems that the installation by itself disable it and cannot enable it again. Check the screenshot attached.

Does anyone have any glue that may cause it?

I think the best way to troubleshoot it to open ticket with Dell Support.

But if you would like to resolve issue by yourself, I would recommend for you to perform VxVerify script according to the SolveProcedure.

And it would worth to check if VCSA/PSC is healthy by logging in with root user because VxRail Manager uses root user/password provided by user to disable/enable SSH service on VCSA

As a side note, it can be PSC although the log show target vm as VCSA because both VM shares some script and file from coding stand point.
