Health monitoring muted itself

Hi All

I was asked to review VxRail 4.5.311-13066668 (4 node with external vCenter) and notice that VxRail manager is showing two warnings :

Passwords have been changed, expired or locked. Update passwords => I understand that I need to change default SSO policy and reset that password back to original one as per =>  https://community.emc.com/docs/DOC-63400

Health monitoring is currently muted: The cluster's health status is being ignored, health reports may not be accurate. When I turn it back it mute itself again. I'm guessing it is related to expired password and will be working again when expired password issue is fixed or it is other issue?
