If it's Production, you first check if all the vsan data is accessible or not.
If not, you should contact Dell Support.
If it's not production and all the data on VxRail is not important or can be reset, the reasonable way to fix is Factory reset of the node and Add it back to cluster or do initial build.
Or, if it looks like hardware issue, you should check idrac GUI and follow hardware troubleshooting steps.

there is problem with the hardware ....i cleaned up the BOSS Card then plugin again
it's worked normally now....
