Migrating VM datastores from Legacy EMC array to VNX Vplex

Trying to find few options to migrate Vmware data stores from esxi hosts ( FC connected) in existing vcenter HA cluster to new hosts connected to VNX ( FCOE connected).

Legacy hosts to legacy array are on different transport and do not talk to the new infrastructure ( One option is to use SRM ).
