vostro-3470 intel graphics not being detected
I recently found this pc' it did not had HHD in it so i took it a used my 2.5" laptop hhd to boot windows, after entering i can't find intel graphics for i3-8100 so i checked the device manager, i can only find microsoft basic display adaptor. there is no other option even after checking hidden option.

I found the problem, the hard drive i used was not clean, it had os already in it so i used Eraseus software to clean the hard disk and installed Linux [pop os!] any Linux user here!!

The Intel driver needs to be installed.
Download and install Intel UHD graphics driver

this installation is not supported by this processor type. This came in a pop up while trying to install "Intel-UHD-Graphics-Driver_9H6FF_WIN_27.20.100.8935_A00" from dell drivers

Its probably corrupted due to using the laptop drive.
Download and Install the Intel Chipset Device Software. One thing this does is define all the devices, including Video. Restart the PC and then try the Intel graphics driver again.

The same result
ran chipset software, it asked for reset after reset ran the uhd driver and stil same result.

Where did you find this PC. Sounds like either a defective CPU or someone had changed CPU.
Download and run CPUID/CPU-Z it will list what the CPU installed is.
