Battery for Latitude 5500 (new model from mid 2020)

Hello from Germany!
Need your help to solve the battery prob.

We have a couple of 5500 i5, 8GB, 256 GB NVMe running Win11 23H2.
Now I need to replace the battery (NOT the coin cell!)
Is Type 3HWPP with 68 Wh the correct one?
System comes up with boot sreen stating "unsupported battery"
Battery and cable is original. What can I do in this case?
