By any chance did you let Windows find the correct driver or use Device Manager to find a driver?  I'm guessing the drivers didn't come from the Dell site?

A 70w RTX A2000 might be too much for the 180w PSU.  And if it didn't come from the Dell factory that way, it may be an unsupported configuration.  (Unsupported doesn't always mean not working in a Dell.)

I do have a few lower watt suggestions:

30w-47w Quadro's P400, 600, & 1000

Edited from PC Parts Bin:

Direct X 12 graphics cards for modern rendering:

-GT 1030 GDDR5

-RX550

-53w RX6400  (Beats GT1030)

Direct X 11 Graphics cards for previous decade rendering:

-AMD R7 200series graphics cards (previous and branded from the ATI HD series graphics cards)

-GT710

-GT720

-GT730

-55w GTX750  (Still might be a bit of a stretch).

There is also:  Vostro 3910 Setup and Specifications  I believe the normally higher watt cards, 75w GTX 1650, and the 125w GTX 1660 SUPER listed in that thread need to be Dell OEM (lower watt) in order to work in the 3910, unless the 3910 has an available higher watt PSU.

Hello again. I hope no one has to deal with this problem in the future, but if it happens, let me tell you the problem. Long story short, its "power supply" and I replaced my computer with a custom pc.

Yeah ı know, I suppose to look at the psu before buying the pc its my mistake. After all we are just human, we make mistakes :) and here is the Dell's mistake. Dell makes a special psu for this pc. You can google it with the "Dell Vostro 3910MT Psu" If you want to change the psu, and if you live in a country that doesn't have easy access to amazon, ebay or anything like that, I hope god help you. Because you cannot find original Dell PSU, you can contact your local Dell support for PSU. In my county they ask for 4 weeks delivery and they ask 110$+taxes. That is unbelievable for a 300W psu. So what can you do? You can find sfx psu "small psu" and you can replace the original psu with an oem psu. And for that you need to find a "24 pin to 8 pin ATX converter cable" Even with that it will not be easy to change to a psu. And if you want to do that, I suggest you buy a modulator psu for easy cable management. You can find videos on YouTube on how to change. So in the future, I would never buy a pre-built pc like this. No matter what brand. Because they make it impossible to change pc parts. You cannot change psu, motherboard, cooler, in 2024 you should change your pc parts easyl. This was a soooo stressful, expensive and long experience for me. But I'm a guy who can always see the good parts of the problems. I gained a lot of experience about computers. And I'm serious about it, I'm not joking. Yes, this is the story of me against Dell. This story should stay in the dusty pages of Internet. And if you are in the same stituion and reading this post, you are not alone, I was there :)

@bradthetechnut

Hello. I notice that no matter what version of the driver, the computer always freezes. Windows update, nvidia latest drivers, old drivers, Dell drivers... But when ı clean the drivers, computer works properly. I don't know why this happens. And the monitor connected to the GPU and we have screen. But as I said, when ı install drivers to the gpu, computer freezes.

Can you keep it running without the drivers, meaning without a forced update?

@bradthetechnut I don't think I can do that. Because I'm gonna work on solidworks 2022. Not so big projects but not small projects also.

"Because I'm gonna work on solid."  ?

If it works without installing drivers, why not leave it that way?

@bradthetechnut I am very sorry, I misspelled it because of a keyboard error. I tried to say Solidworks 2022.
