How to "reactivate" software on SP after OE Upgrade Process Failure?
Dear all,
I have VNX5200 with 05.33.009.5.155 version
I tried to upgrade to 05.33.021.5.266
I have all files needed
KB488877
SHA2Support
VNX block OE
I added all 3 files.
All pre-check have pass.
Upgrade process was unable to activate software on secondary SP
Now Unisphere can no longer manage SP B
I have ping from SP B

Hello Doad,
You are going to need to open a case with support to resolve this issue. What has happened is that SPB is stuck in a boot loop, that requires support to go in & fix the boot loop issue so that your upgrade can finish. When you open your support case you can reference KB article# 000104603
