DELL.ICO Should I do this ?

Needed to Run Norton Power Eraser because I got this message...Antispyware  Fix not complete

When scan completed  1 item found in G:  (my backup Removable Drive)

This Resulted in the following at end of scan

Type: Autorun file

Status: Unknown

Action:Remove

SHOULD I REMOVE DELL.ICO ?...OR  HOW DO I REPAIR IT ?
