Uninstalled because WIN11 says it uses old Drivers

It is a known issue and since it keeps Re-installing the Drivers that cause issues for Warnings in Device Manager, it is best to REMOVE it as WIN11 Updates handles all the same Updates including BIOS anyways.
REMOVE THIS SOFTWARE FROM DELL SITE PLEASE.
