SupportAssist OS Recovery Repair unavailable

My computer recently crashed and corrupted the file system. I have tried running a factory reinstall, a fresh install of Win10 and finally, this morning, I ran the SA OS Recovery.

When I got to the home area, Repair is "temporarily unavailable," I am unable to back up any files, and Reset says that, "a disk is unable to be found to backup from the cloud."

Is there something I am not realizing, or I am doing wrong?
