SupportAssist not working on Windows Server 2022
PowerEdge R320
Hello,
I have an old PowerEdge R320 server (from c. 2014) that has been working fine since then. Today I reformatted it and installed Windows Server 2022, and everything good so far.
But I want to update the drivers/BIOS and everything through SupportAssist. I don't have any Enterprise support contract o or anything, so I installed SupportAssist for Home PCs, and when trying to check updates, it takes around a minute before saying "Unexpected error. Please try again."
I downloaded the latest BIOS and iDRAC updates, but installation will fail for both. I even tried downloading earlier versions so I can upgrade incrementally, to no avail.
Is there a SupportAssist for servers or something similar that I can use to update my server to the latest available drivers? O how should I proceed?
Thanks,
Luis
