SupportAssist not downloading drivers

Hey guys,

for awhile now, I haven't been able to get anything out of the "get drivers and downloads" section. Don't really know why this stopped. Any time I try to do it individually, it just says "an unexpected error occurred". Is there anyway to fix this?
