Support Assist
All I want is to keep my drivers up to date.
It is insane to require a program / app that clearly is a train wreck after "upgrading" to Win 11.
Just make it work. No changing of .net and all that other BS.
I am a user and have no desire to play teckie wanna be all day.
Is Mac the only solution?

My solution to the many issues caused by SupportAssist was to totally uninstall it and all of its components. I also uninstalled Dell Update, which was also causing me issues.
Once a week, I go to the Dell Support Home, enter the service tags for my 8930 and 15 7590 and manually search for updates to the drivers and BIOS.
That approach saves a lot of headaches and disk space. SA is a resource hog.
Just my two cents. Have a great day.

Phil
