Regarding Support Assist
Hello,
Support Assist in my laptop is not opening. Firstly, when I click to open dell support assist, it is showing that this is loading and it may take few minutes according to the speed of you device. After some time, it is showing that we ran into an unexpected problems. please restart and try to open once again. However, I tried many times. But it still not opening. I hope I will get solution to this query.

If you still require help please let us know let us know your Dell computer model, Windows operating system, and your SupportAssist version shown at Control Panel | Programs | Programs and Features. The current version of SupportAssist is v3.13.2.14 (released Feb 2023).
See the minimum system requirements <here> for SupportAssist v3.13.0. If you go to Control Panel | Programs | Programs and Features does it show that Microsoft .NET Runtime v6.0.9 or higher is installed on your system? From my Inspiron 5584 / Win 10 Pro v22H2 laptop, which shows that shows I currently have Microsoft .NET Runtime v6.0.14:
Also go to Start | Windows Administrative Tools | Services (or search for "services" from your Start button) and ensure that the three services called Dell Client Management Service, Dell SupportAssist and Dell TechHub all have a Status of "Running".
