Dell support Assist unable to work/uninstall/reinstall

Recently I have tried to start up Dell Support and all I have gotten is a white screen with some black text overtop it. Then I have tried to uninstall it and I get an error that I am missing a msi file. I tried other ways to uninstall it and it is no longer accessible and should not be available. However it is still there. I have even tried the Microsoft install/uninstall tool and it has not worked. Can anyone tell me what to do to at least reinstall it so that I can update/fix my drivers?
