PERC H330 Controller not seeing drives

Hi, I need some advice regarding my PowerEdge T330 server and PERC H330 controller.
A week before Christmas I purchased a Seagate EXOS 8TB E-Class SAS Drive. A few days later I performed various firmware & driver updates via the Dell Update Utility. Shortly after that, my new drive failed, and was no longer accessible.
Seagate has now replaced the drive for me, and I am in the process of setting it up for use.
I have noticed today that the H330 controller isn’t seeing the new drive, and that two other drives are also missing from the HDD list within the controller (even though the RAID container IS listed for the other two missing drives).
The current PERC controller firmware is 25.5.9.0001, and the driver is 6.604.06.00
What is the recommended firmware/driver for the PERC H330? Or, is something else going on?
Please advise?

I may have neglected to restart/reset iDRAC after updating.
