Why does Vrealize Operations Manager, Storage Analytics state that Statistics Logging needs to be enabled?

Version info first.

Version 6.6.1.6163035

Build 6163035

When adding one of our VNX2 storage arrays, we get a notification in the VNX and Unity Block Pools that says,

Suggested Fix

Please enable statitsics logging through action, Unisphere GUI or CLI

Alert

VNX Statistics loggin is disable.
Performance data wont be available until it is enabled.

So, I go and check the storage array and Stat. logging is enabled and running.

The VNX Global account used to communicate between Vrop StorAnalytics and the VNX is set to Adminstrator

Any suggestions, advice or other thoughts appreciated.

Unisphere Analyzer Must the Unisphere Analyzer

for VNX be running to collect

metrics?

No. VNX Block metrics are gathered through naviseccli commands.

VNX File metrics are gathered through CLI commands. However,

statistics logging must be enabled on each SP on VNX Block, and

statistics logging has a performance impact on the array. No

additional services are required for VNX File.
