ESRS logging informations

Hello,

In ESRS, I would like to know the process of storing information when a disk failed on Asset.

Where are retained information in logs files for this Service Request?

I would like to get those logs informations and send via SCOM an alert to our technical support phone.

Best regards!

ESRS has  no relations to the Product failure of a disk or related to that product.  as a Example, if a Disk fails on a Clariion

that SP A and SP B device  is  configured to ESRS.    The Hot spare  on that clarion kicks in and assumes the role of the failed disk, the only role for ESRS is  that Connect home may send a alert through ESRS  from their connect home management station to  EMC, and that a Remote support person may  log into ESRS and use  product remote tools

to log in and retrieve logs, and other information.  ESRS is a Remote transport tool , where alerts and logs may send through as well as a remote transport  for Support to remote into the product, but that's it, it see's no data, and does not perform product functionality.
