System Fan speed 95% to 100% utilize in Dell R730xd Server.
When insert any HDD 3.5'' Drive, System Fan Speed is 95% to 100% utilize, I also change, swap the HDD vendor, But no way & Update the firmware version given below. would you recommend any solving steps?
