Alienware international warranty
Hi, I am thinking of buying an Alienware laptop (alienware 16" AMD, AWm16-9364BLK-PUS) from Bestbuy in the US, however, I'll be returning to Europe (CZ) in a few months. I have 2 questions:
1) will the warranty be valid in Czechia?
2) If yes, is it possible to extend the warranty with Alienware/Dell? I assume that if I buy extended warranty with Bestbuy, it will be only valid in Bestbuy stores, right?
Thanks.

1. No. The basic warranty is valid only in the country of purchase. There are conditions for transferring a warranty to another country.
2. Any extension through Best Buy is valid with them only. You'll need a few things to transfer internationally: First, the system model must be sold in CZ, and the system must be purchased with a Dell onsite service plan.
Further, in much of Eastern Europe, warranty support is through independent dealers -- not Dell, so be sure you have support available for a system you purchase and import yourself, or you could be faced with having to return the system to the US for service should it be needed.

How do I find if the model is sold in CZ officially? Lots of e-shops in the EU sell items from other EU markets. Does AW/Dell have a catalog like Lenovo's PSREF? For example, stores in CZ sell "N-AWM16-N2-911GR" configuration (Intel instead of AMD), is it considered "the same system model" as the US one (AWm16-9364BLK-PUS)?
Is there a way to buy an international warranty with AW/Dell when purchasing the laptop through another vendor (Bestbuy in this case)?
