Dell 7920 Bifurcation

I recently purchased a Dell 7920 Rack and noted that the spec sheet lists as compatible with Dell Ultra-Speed Drive Quad (FH/ FL,x16 card) with active cooling.

Upon investigating within the BIOS the bifurcation settings that would support this do not appear available on the x16 slots. They only offer x16, x8, x4, (x4 x4 x8), (x8 x4 x4), where as this would require (x4 x4 x4 x4) to my knowledge. Will that card actually work with this server or is there a setting I am missing that would allow the 4x4 bifurcation?
