disk alerted, possibly damaged - Dell EMC PowerVault ME4024

Hello, 

I have a disk with alert in the Dell EMC PowerVault ME4024 machine.
But we can not enter the webrowser to see the status of the disk because the customer tells me that he does not remember what are the credentials to enter and we have already tried to enter with the default credentials.
In order to confirm.
What are the default credentials? 
Or any option to reset the credentials.

Hi,

 

The default username and password for web management (MESM) is <!manage> as password and <manage> as username (without quotes < >). As Joerg attached, the article also showed the various username and password, together with the steps of reset credentials. You will need the console cables, if you do not have them, the article also provided the cable DPN#.

I don't believe it will impact it either way, as all you are doing is resetting the password, which has no effect on the configuration at all.

A couple of questions

The servers are tied to domains,

Changing the credentials will cause the loss of connectivity with those domains? or it will not affect in any case?

And here to enter you can see in more detail the status of the disks?
