specific models are fine but it must be low profile single slot card that uses the full x16 slot.
like this one
it complys with the 25W limit
25w card limit
ZOTAC GeForce GT 710 2GB DDR3 Passive Low Profile Graphics Card (ZT-71302-20L)
https://www.zotac.com/us/product/graphics_card/geforce%C2%AE-gt-710-2gb
https://www.amazon.com/ZOTAC-GeForce-PCI-E2-0-Graphics-ZT-71302-20L/dp/B01AZ7W88O
others that use x4 or x8 slot design seem to be not working

Check your PSU. It looks like Palit needs a 300w PSU. You most likely only have the 275w or 280w PSU.

The GT 730 is too wide. The 2ND card does fit and works fine. The 3rd card would need the bracket to be modified or removed.
Even on Desktop models the space is very very very limited both length and thickness. So a HUGE passive heatsink wont allow the card to go inside the slot that is ONLY 1 card wide.
SHORT AND NARROW SLOT
This guy dremeled out parts of the case and hard drive mounting on DESKTOP model just to fit a card.

Newer low profile thin cards like ASUS EAH6450 fit because the heatsink is flat and thin.

For NON TOWER 4C5DK Low Profile Radeon HD 7570 GDDR5 works.
https://www.amazon.com/Radeon-GDDR5-DisplayPort-Dell-Profile/dp/B00NI6S0P0
The full size bracket would have to be Cut and bent or removed altogether.
This card comes with BOTH Brackets.

LOW PROFILE VS FULL SIZE

Not likely to be easily found.
Retail Cards Like the ASUS EAH6450 come with or without both brackets.
If you get full size you can bend the full size bracket and cut the excess off with tin snips.
