Optiplex 3090 BIOS executable file crashes
Tried installing Optiplex BIOS - OptiPlex_3090_2.19.1.exe via a software deployment tool as SYSTEM user.
It crashes with exception code - 0xc0000409

This update is quite recent and not critical so I would wait on it than risking a troublesome update. Some new Dell update cause more bugs as user often reports.

One of our more experienced Rockstars recommends downloading the .exe to a blank flash drive formatted to FAT32. Then go into the F12 Boot Menu and boot from the flash drive. Be sure to let it do it's thing and not power off during the process. Otherwise, there's the risk for bricking the MB.

Speedstep hasn't been on this forum in almost 2 years. He was a Rockstar. I'm not sure if he had his status revoked after some issues. He was also up there in age and may have passed.

I want to know how I can make my avatar spin like speedstep's spinning firefox. seems speedstep legacy lives on in the community. I run into firefox from time to time and I have seen brad quote speedstep.

I always wondered how speedstep made the image spin too, if it was uploaded that way or what. You may have seen another Rockstar has an animated clock image. Annoys me some, but it's animated.
