Dell Management Pack - OMSA

Hi,

I have seen other articles about this including this error...

Unable to connect to the Dell Namespace. Install a supported version of OpenManage Server

I have followed another article suggesting to restart all of the DM services (although for me, the shared service was actually disabled after a fresh install - but I started that anyway) and this doesn't seem to have made any difference.  However, the op's solution for them is not the same as mine as it is already running on the latest OMSA agent version (10.2).  Someone did reply with the same issue but that never got answered.

Our main SCOM environment is SCOM 2016 which is running on older Dell packs (7.0).

We are also deploying SCOM 2019 at the moment, so in there I have what I believe are the latest packs (7.2)

The Dell server reports the same issue in both environments.

We have some servers which are picked up and these is on OMSA 8.2 and 8.0 (SCOM 2016)

We have some servers which are picked up and these are on versions 7 and 8 (SCOM 2019)

We also have some other server which is NOT picked up (that one says to install/reinstall) and that is on 8.5

So I can't find any consistency in why some work and some don't

The Dell Server we are having issues with adding at the moment is a R630, but I think it isn't confined to this model

Can anyone point me to how I can resolve this?
