Dell Command Monitor DSM SA Data Manager service is crashing

Hi there,

I am trying to use DCM to gather inventory for any attached devices (Dell Monitors and Docks), but my queries have been coming up with nothing. I've installed DCM on a few different Dell Latitude 7420/7430s with both Win 10/11. What I have found in every case is that the DSM SA Data Manager service crashes.

The event viewer shows the following.:
