Dell rewards issue - teams unable to restore points

I've had 9032 Dell points which somehow expired on 6/15, I've been wanting to use them and immediately after I noticed I contacted Support Team.

Support Team redirected me to Customer Care, I called Customer Care and they are redirecting me to Sales Team. This is the useless support ever.

How can I contact someone who can help with this? This is worth $90 which I was planning towards purchase of additional laptop.
