Fiber module connection between PowerStore 3000t and S4148F-ON
Our PowerStore 3000t came with 32 Gig fiber SFP+ connectors and says it should be able to do 8, 16, 24 and 32 gig. Our S4148F-ON will take up to 10 Gig SFPs. Do I have to have those specific speed SFPs on both units or is there any other compatible scenarios?

WickedMonkey,
The 32Gb is fibre channel. and that switch doesn't have fibre channel support, as seen here. So I would suggest that you get 10gb modules for the storage
Let me know if this helps.

WickedMonkey,
The 3000t does indeed support 10gbe modules, and also each port is handled individually, so they can differ, as seen on page 10 here.

@DELL-Chris H Ah. Got it. You wouldn't happen to be able to tell me if the 3000t will take 10GbE modules or if all 4 SPFs in the IO module have to be identical?
