UP2720Q, DCA doesn't recognise, won't calibrate
I have a Dell UP2720Q with a built-in hardware calibrator.
Recently, I've been having some issues: the OSD calibrations stop at 0%. I am also trying to start the calibration from the DCA (Dell Calibration Assistant) software, but the application can't recognize the monitor; it says, "No available or compatible monitors detected to connect to."
I've tried to do a Factory reset of the monitor, but nothing has changed. The monitor is actually connected to a 16" MacBook Pro M1 with the active Thunderbolt 3 cable provided. I've also tried connecting with HDMI. For the software DCA version 1.0.8.2. I'm using macOS Ventura 13.6.7.
If anyone could give a direction to resolve this problem, it would be much appreciated!
Thanks,
A.

To receive assistance from Dell support agents they need to first verify the ownership and warranty status. Click the blue "Get Help Now" on the right to start a private live chat session. Share the private UP2720Q Service Tag with them.
* Uninstall macOS DCA 1.0.8.2
* Install macOS DCA 1.0.7.1 and retest
