U3818DW, started intermittent blink off/on

After many good years of service, started getting issues with U3818DW...intermittent blink off for 1-2 seconds/back on as if the video signal is lost/re-established.

Things I have tried:

New HDMI cable: Still happens

Different Source devices (laptop, desktop): Still happens

Is this a known issue that happens due to simple wear & tear of components over time? I realize this model is an end-of-life product, but is there is anything else I can try short of total replacement, I would appreciate any suggestions
