U3421WE, M2B107 firmware broke USB-C, #2
Hello, I have the same problem as this person (https://www.dell.com/community/en/conversations/monitors/u3421we-m2b107-firmware-broke-usb-c/647fa297f4ccf8a8de826fad), can a new firmware by Dell can fix that?
Thanks in advance

To receive assistance from Dell support agents they need to first verify the ownership and warranty status. Click the blue "Get Help Now" on the right to start a private live chat session. Share the private Service Tag with them.
* Go here = Read this FIRST before posting
* Do step (3)
* Retest

Hello, Dell support agents can't help me because I don't have the invoice, I gave every number/serial needed, no help.
Can you give the older firmwares please? Like with the BIOS/iDrac for R620/R630.
Why we can't have publicly the older firmware for like a screen?

* No. I do not keep them for every Dell monitor.

* We do not manage the Drivers & Downloads page. Like you, we just go to the Drivers & Downloads page to see what is listed.
I have two of the older U3415W monitors. How I manage it is over the years, once a month, I checked the U3415W Drivers & Downloads page and saved all of the firmware.
