U2419HC, U2419H, daisy chain
Hi,
I have 2 PC's that I should connect to 2 monitors at same time (switching them on monitor menu).
Till now I used Dell U2414H and U2419H with daisy chain. U2414H has DP and miniDP, each pc connect to one of them, and on DP out to the second monitor.
Yesterday the monitor suddenly stopped working (more then 5 years old), and I am searching for an alternative.
I saw that U2419HC comes with USB Type-C. Is it possible to connect the second pc to the USB Type-C and then use daisy chain with DP to the second monitor (U2419H)?

@MichaelMos If you buy the U2419HC, then yes if you make that display the first one in the chain and daisy chain the U2414H to it, then you can have one system on the U2419HC's DP input and another on its USB-C input, and the daisy chain will work with both of those systems.

Before you purchase another monitor, run this "power button reset" on the old U2414H to see if it then starts to function.
* Turn the PC's off
* Turn the U2414H and U2419H off
* Disconnect every cable (including the power cable) from the U2414H
* Press the U2414H power button in for 8 seconds (clears any residual power in the circuits)
* Reconnect the cabling to the U2414H
* Turn the U2414H and U2419H on, then the PC's. Then retest
* Connect the power adapter to the Latitude 9520
* Latitude 9520 TB4/USB Type-C port --> U2419HC USB Type-C cable --> U2419HC USB Type-C port (Menu- Display- MST On)
* U2419HC DP out port --> U2419HC DP to DP cable --> U2419H DP in port (Menu- Display- MST Off)
