Poweredge R320 and CPU

The R320 indeed supports the 2470V2 CPU, the service kit part number would be 6TDM3. The CPU part number is RR182, but the service kit would have everything you need.

Thanks for the fast reply to my questions, I really appreciate it.

I just got server yesterday as my friend upgraded all his old Servers and offered me the R320.

Is the 6TDM3 still made?

Also is there specific ram for the server as mine only has 4gb?

I live in Canada if that matters.

It is showing the 6TDM3 as for sale, so it should be available, but if you aren't able to find it then you may need to reach out to Dells Spare Parts at 800-357-3355. As far as the dimms, do you have any size requirements or anything as there is a large number of dimms of varying sizes. So if you let me know some specs you are interested in then I can let you know what is listed.
