U2419H, flickering around the edges

I have a 3x Dell U2419H monitor setup.

When displaying gray & white fast moving lines on the screen. The monitor starts acting really strange, having an intense white flickering around the edges (that is actually scarring me since it look like is about to explode).

This has been happening ever since I bough them and it happened on all 3 monitors on multiple occasions.

This happened while using my PS4, Laptop and PC, over DP or HDMI.

Sometimes I can't even use certain applications becouse of this bug and it's really affecting my productivity.

As the warranty is about to run out, I'm asking if there's any way to fix this bug or replace it with a better version that doesn't have this bug.

Where should I send that?

You never replied to the DELL-Cares private messages asking for the U2419H private data? They need the following private data sent to them in a private message =
* From who and when were the three U2419H purchased?
* All three U2419H Service Tags
* All three U2419H 20 digit serial numbers

Update = The three U2419H were nearing the end of the purchased 3 year warranty period. DELL-Cares agent offered refurbished U2419H exchanges as per Dell policy. User refused this exchange offer and demanded a full refund. This was denied as per Dell policy. A refund is only allowed inside the first 30 days from the Dell invoice date.

After some intensive testing I was able to reproduce the bug using this image:

Uuu... scarry! Isn't it? Before you ask anything, if the monitor is under warranty, YES, you can ask for an exchange. NO, the problem will persist on all of them. We know that this bug only happens on low gray gradient images and disabling OD mode from the  Factory Service Menu fixes the bug (it also goes away if you open the monitor menu). But, PLOT TWIST, the setting goes away if you turn off the monitor, and the led light blinks while in that Factory Service Menu. We also know that this problem persist regardless of drivers, operating system or source (DP or HDMI). This is a firmware bug, this can be fixed only by Dell engineers. Proving the bug was a firmware issue. And by proving, I mean sending videos with the bug, testing on safe mode, testing with different drivers, different cables, different sources (PS or PS4). I'm truly disappointed, I feel like. thank you DELL.
