U2414H, Daisy Chain, HP EliteBook, via USB Type-C/TB

I have a HP EliteBook x360 1030 G2 that only have 2 USB-C ports, 1 USB Type-C with Thunderbolt and one HDMI port and want to use two monitor U2414H. Is it possible to daisy chain these monitors and feed them from 1 USB-C port? I have bought USB-C to mDP adapter as attached link, but seems not working. I use my Surface Pro mDP = DP in ( monitor 1) DP out = mDP in (monitor 2), and it works fine. I used adapter to introduce between HP EliteBook USB-C to mDP = DP in ( monitor 1) DP out = mDP in (monitor 2), but its not even showing anything. My HP is not even detecting monitors.

I would appreciate your help.

I don't think that device is capable of DP1.2 daisy chaining. You would have to ask the manufacturer.

* Computer video USB Type-C out port --> USB Type-C to DP cable --> #1 U2414H DP in port (left) (DP 1.2 Enabled)
* #1 U2414H DP out port (right) --> U2414H DP to mDP cable --> #2 U2414H mDP in port (center) (DP 1.2 Disabled)
