S3422DWG, poor color quality

Hi everyone,

I just bought a Dell 34" Ultrawide Gaming Monitor model S3422DWG.

The size is great, however, the color quality is horrible. I've never needed to do much calibration when buying a monitor, just plug in and play. I have a two monitor set up and a 2019 Radeon 5700 XT which has updated drivers. I downloaded the drivers for the monitor off the Dell website and installed them as well. I play my fair share of WoW and I want to show the difference in quality on the two monitors I have. I've attached one screenshot of my LOC monitor as well as the Dell to contrast the differences. Does anyone have an ideas how I can fix this?

Welcome to Dell Social Media Support for Technical and Post Sales queries.

Click our blue DELL-Cares username. Our profile page will appear. On the right click, "Send this user a private message". We will need the private Service Tag and 20 digit serial number. Check the rear label.

What are the specifications of the LOC monitor?

Do they match the S3422DWG?
- 3440x1440
- HDMI 2.0 3440x1440 60Hz/100Hz, DP 1.4 3440x1440 60Hz/100Hz/144Hz
- Response times 8ms fast/4ms super fast/2ms extreme/1ms MPRT

Assuming that before you got an exchange you tested the games using all Hz settings, all response time settings, and all Preset modes, with AMD FreeSync On and Off?
