S2721D, flickering vertical lines

Hello,

I've recently purchased a S2127D monitor. I've owned the display for about two weeks, everything was working fine until the visual artifact pictured below suddenly appeared while I was working =

The lines pictured only appear on the upper left section of the screen, flicker rapidly, and are more visible on white backdrops. At first, I thought this was an issue with my PC, specifically my GPU. But the problem persists when using a different input source and cable. I've also determined that audio interference is not the issue, as the lines are still visible after unplugging my speakers from the 3.5mm AUX jack from the monitor. I've tested with a different power cable and power strip as well, still no luck.

I am not sure what the cause of this artifact are, I've been careful when handling the monitor and from what I can tell, this doesn't seem to be a common problem with IPS displays. They appeared suddenly while I was working in Rhino CAD software.

Could anybody help me identify the issue and what steps I can take to resolve this?

Thank you

Update = After completing troubleshooting, a DELL-Cares agent setup a part replacement.
