Problem with screen monitor it's stuck in a loop and it's saying self test feature
I knocked one of the four buttons on my dell monitor and now it's stuck in a loop and it's saying self test feature. I've tried turning the screen on and off and I've tried pressing all of the four buttons and I've unplugged the cable out of the back of the screen and nothing is working.

What is the non-private 20 digit serial number from the back label? When you had the power cable disconnected, did you press and hold down the power button for 8 seconds?
