strange battery problems with my computer

I have a Dell g15 5520 that I got about 2 years ago in september of 2021, a few months ago it has been having battery issues and would not charge. I replaced the battery recently about one month ago, and it worked for a couple of weeks until it stopped charging recently with the 4 amber 1 light code, which was about saturday night of last week. Also, instead of saying 0% available, plugged in, like in other videos i see, it says 0% remaining with the lightning symbol on, if anybody has any fixes or ideas please let me know as this has been a recurring issue for a few months, thanks.
