P2419H, connection from PC USB-C?
Hello, I have the same issue. And unfortunately, the last respond from DELL the 18 oct 2019 , I am not clear how to interpret it? At the end, is this monitor the P2419H can or cannot be use to display image thru USB? Note: In my case, I do have a Dell laptop with USB-C with a cable to connect to this upstream USB-B.

The P2419H does not utilize video through its USB-A downstream ports. USB is data only, no video. Video is only through its video IN port = HDMI/DisplayPort/VGA
From a source PC with only USB-C port, you have to purchase a converter cable to transmit both video and data =
PC USB-C out port --> USB-C to HDMI cable --> P2419H HDMI in port
PC USB-C out port --> USB-C to DisplayPort cable --> P2419H DisplayPort in port
PC USB-C out port --> USB-C to VGA cable --> P2419H VGA in port

Oh! That great that you answer , was a old topic. So, I will explore then your suggested of converter cable. Thanks.
MOTE : What confuse me, is that some monitor with USB upstream seem to accept some video output ... but unfortunately, this model seem to not .

Had you purchased the HC model you would have been able to do it. (think of the C in the model number as usb-C)
Consider purchasing a P2422HE monitor that does have a usb-C port. This will also charge your laptop upto 65W and you can connect a display port cable between this monitor and your old monitor to have dual displays.
