G3223Q, flickering, #3

Same exact problem,   anyone found a resolution?    Support says "try updating your firmware"

To receive assistance from Dell support, they need to verify the warranty status and ownership. Click the "Get Help Now" icon on the right to start a live chat session. Provide to them the private G3223Q Service Tag.

Have you reset back to Factory Settings in the Menu- Others? Page 53 in the online G3223Q User's Guide.

Do you see any flickering when running the Menu- Others- Self Diagnostic- Built-in diagnostics? Page 61 in the online G3223Q User's Guide.

That was good advice from Support. Did you check the Menu- Others- Firmware to verify that you have M3T105 or later already installed?
