Latitude 5510, P2210 not detected

I have a Dell P2210 Monitor with VGA/USP cable. It plugs and plays when plugged into my Dell Inspiron 15. But it doesn't work (monitor is not detected when connected) to my Dell Latitude 5510 (refurbished). I upgraded to Windows 11 and thought that may have been the problem. Because my Inspiron is an old computer and couldn't upgrade to 11 and the monitor plugs in and works with this laptop. However when I plug the monitor into the refurbished Dell Latitude 5510 it won't recognize the monitor. I've updated the driver and then tried to install an AMD Radeon R5 driver ('cause I saw that was installed on the Inspiron). But I get an error that there's no hardware and the driver won't install. :-(
